Allen Miller Hospitalized after DUI Crash on Stony Point Road [Santa Rosa, CA]


DUI Collision on Stony Point Road Critically Injures 47-Year-Old Bicyclist Allen Miller

SANTA ROZA, CA (October 15, 2021) – Last Wednesday night, Allen Miller was critically injured after being hit by a DUI driver on Stony Point Road.

The deadly crash happened just before 11:00 p.m. on Stony Point Road near Todd Road.

According to the Police, Miller was traveling on his bike when a passing Kia struck him, sending him onto the roadway.

Moreover, emergency crews arrived to the scene to discover the 47-year-old man suffering from life-threatening injuries.

Allen Miller was brought to the hospital in a severe condition, however the driver of the Kia was arrested under suspicion of DUI.

Futhermore, the driver has been identified as 31-year-old Rudy Rivera-Martinez.

Additionally, police are continuing to investigating the deadly DUI collision on Stoney Point Road.
