A person in a wheelchair was fatally struck by a suspected drunk driver on a road within the Los Altos neighborhood of Lengthy Seashore, authorities stated Sunday.
It occurred at 11:19 p.m. Saturday at Stearns Road and Radnor Avenue, stated Lengthy Seashore police Lt. Shaleana Benson.
