FRESNO, CA (December 22, 2021) – A hit-and-run on Clinton Avenue overpass left a man hospitalized early Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Clinton Avenue overpass, reports say.

According to the investigators, the victim was walking with his bike in the eastbound lanes when a vehicle struck him.

Afterwards, the driver fled the scene before the authorities arrived.

Meanwhile, a second driver spotted the injured man and stopped to give assistance.

Paramedics eventually arrived at the scene.

They transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
